Frequently asked questions
If you’re new to minis, you’re in good company. Here are some of the things we’re asked most often.
Each calf is different, but most of our minis mature between small and mid-mini height. We’re happy to talk through the parents and what we realistically expect for the calf you’re interested in.

Good, safe fencing is essential. We recommend stock-safe fencing comparable to what you’d use for standard cattle – for example, ringlock with an electric outrigger. We’re happy to chat through your paddock layout.
Yes. We regularly work with reputable livestock carriers and can share contacts or help coordinate quotes. Some families choose to pick up in person, others arrange professional transport – either is fine with us.
We’ll walk you through payment timing and options when we speak with you about a specific calf. We understand every family is different and will do our best to find an approach that feels comfortable and clear.
